Your gown is handmade to order and ships once it’s finished; see Production Timeline above. From dispatch, delivery takes 2–7 days by DHL Express or UPS, fully insured and tracked. A signature is required on delivery.
Duties included: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. All duties, taxes and import fees are already in your price, so there’s nothing to pay on delivery. If a courier ever asks you for payment, don’t pay it. Contact us and we’ll settle it directly with the carrier.
Discounted orders ship duties unpaid; local import charges are collected by the courier on delivery.

Production Timeline
Every gown is made to order in our atelier and cut and sewn specifically for you.
Production takes 15–45 days depending on the complexity of the design, then your gown ships by DHL Express and arrives in 2–7 days.
We confirm your exact delivery date within 24 hours of your order and send you progress updates while your gown is being made.

Custom Sizing & Personalization
Every gown can be made to your exact measurements at no extra cost. Tick Request Custom Sizing above and enter your bust, waist, hips, shoulder, sleeve length and shoulder-to-floor, in inches or centimeters.
Want a different color, sleeves, neckline or length? Tell us in the special instructions or on WhatsApp. We’ll send you a price and timeline for your changes before production begins. Nothing changes without your approval.
Custom sizing doesn’t add production time. Design changes may add 1–3 weeks, and we confirm this up front.
Please note: custom-sized and personalized pieces are made only for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged. If something isn’t right when your gown arrives, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our creations, custom-sized and made-on-request pieces are non-returnable.
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, with the original security seal fully intact.
