The standards that preserve the integrity of every Aiyah Couture creation.
1. Return Eligibility
At Aiyah Couture, each piece is crafted with exceptional care and precision. Due to the nature of our creations, returns are accepted under strict conditions.
- Clients have 7 days the moment of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition and packaging
- With all tags and the original Aiyah Couture security seal fully intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Unworn and unused
⚠️ Important:
If the security seal is removed, tampered with, or damaged, the return will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at sales@aiyahcouture.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- If your request is approved, you will receive:
- A return shipping label
- Detailed instructions for returning your item
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received:
- Our team will carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets all return conditions.
- You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 60 days.
- Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
The following costs are non-refundable:
- Shipping fees
- Customs duties and taxes
- Any additional service or processing fees
If a return is not accepted, you may request to have the item shipped back to you. If refused, Aiyah Couture reserves the right to retain both the product and the payment.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the exclusive nature of our work, certain items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-sized creations
- Made-on-request (bespoke) couture pieces
- Personalized designs
- Sale items
- Gift cards
These pieces are created specifically for the client and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
6. Exchanges
At this time, Aiyah Couture does not offer international exchanges.
For custom-sized garments:
- Clients acknowledge that minor deviations in fit may occur due to the measurements that clients might send, as a perfect fit typically requires in-person fittings.
- These variations are not considered defects but part of the couture process.
7. Quality Assurance
Every Aiyah Couture piece undergoes a rigorous quality control process, conducted by experienced professionals before shipment.
- We do not ship items with defects.
- Once the item has been delivered and accepted, Aiyah Couture is not responsible for any damages or alterations thereafter.
Final Note
Each Aiyah Couture creation is a reflection of time, artistry, and individuality. Our policies are designed to protect the integrity of every piece while ensuring a refined and transparent experience for our clients.
