    Select designs available in standard sizing (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL), which can be ordered directly through our website. Clients may also connect with us via WhatsApp or Shopify Inbox for assistance and guidance.

  • Custom-Sized Creations
    Designs tailored to your personal measurements for a precise and refined fit. Orders are placed through our website, with personalized support available via WhatsApp or Shopify Inbox.

  • Made-on-Request Couture
    Bespoke creations designed entirely around your vision—crafted in both silhouette and detail. These pieces are commissioned through our website via the Book an Appointment option, with full consultation support available.

2. Product Accuracy & Visual Representation

Each Aiyah Couture piece is presented with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, clients are kindly advised that:

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays and device settings.
  • All images are intended to reflect the design and essence of each creation as closely as possible.

3. The Nature of Handmade Couture

Every Aiyah Couture garment is handcrafted, making each piece inherently unique.

  • Due to the artisanal nature of our work, no piece can be recreated with absolute uniformity.
  • For designs using identical materials and embellishments, the final result will reflect approximately 90–95% similarity to the original design.
  • These subtle variations are a testament to true couture craftsmanship, where each piece carries its own individuality.

4. Production Timeline

Each creation is developed with patience, precision, and uncompromising attention to detail.

  • Production timelines may extend up to 6 months, depending on the complexity, level of detailing, and craftsmanship involved.
  • A more precise delivery timeframe will be communicated to you by our Sales Team after your order is confirmed.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

While we are devoted to delivering each piece within the expected timeframe, certain factors may influence production:

  • Delays in material availability
  • Unforeseen or exceptional circumstances beyond our control
