The final journey of your Aiyah Couture creation.

1. Delivery & Coverage

At Aiyah Couture, every creation is handled with the same care in delivery as it is in craftsmanship.

  • We proudly offer worldwide shipping.

  • Shipping costs are fully covered by Aiyah Couture, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

  • All duties, taxes and import fees are included in your price. Nothing further is owed on delivery, your gown arrives with no additional charges from the courier. Shipping timelines vary by piece. Each Aiyah Couture creation is handmade, and custom-sized pieces require additional production time before dispatch.

  • Aiyah Couture ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis to the
    • United States,
    • Canada
    • the United Kingdom
    • Australia and the
    • European Union.

For these destinations, all customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are paid by us before dispatch and are already included in your checkout price, there is nothing to pay on delivery.

For all other destinations, shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid. Any local import charges are determined by your customs authority and payable by the recipient on arrival. These charges are set locally and are non-refundable in the event of a return.

  • Should a courier ever contact you requesting payment on an Aiyah Couture order, please don't pay it contact us and we will resolve it directly with the carrier.

2. Courier & Dispatch

To ensure the highest level of reliability and security, all orders are shipped through trusted international couriers:

  • DHL
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The courier selected will depend on your location, ensuring the most efficient delivery route.

  • Orders are dispatched on weekdays only (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

3. Delivery Timeline

Each Aiyah Couture piece is created with patience and precision, and its delivery reflects this commitment.

  • Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2 to 7 days, depending on the destination.

  • Please note that this timeframe does not include potential customs processing delays, which may vary by country.

Kindly note:
Courier services may occasionally display estimated delivery dates slightly later than the actual arrival time as a precaution. In many cases, your order may arrive earlier than expected.

4. Delivery & Signature Requirement

To preserve the integrity and security of your couture piece:

  • A signature is required upon delivery.

  • If the delivery is missed, the courier will attempt redelivery and may contact you directly to arrange a suitable time.

5. Customs & Import Duties

Aiyah Couture ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis to the:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • the United Kingdom

  • Australia and the

  • European Union.
