1. Delivery & Coverage

At Aiyah Couture, every creation is handled with the same care in delivery as it is in craftsmanship.

  • We proudly offer worldwide shipping.

  • Shipping costs are fully covered by Aiyah Couture, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

  • This excludes any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import-related fees, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Courier & Dispatch

To ensure the highest level of reliability and security, all orders are shipped through trusted international couriers:

  • DHL
  • UPS

The courier selected will depend on your location, ensuring the most efficient delivery route.

  • Orders are dispatched on weekdays only (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

3. Delivery Timeline

Each Aiyah Couture piece is created with patience and precision, and its delivery reflects this commitment.

  • Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2 to 7 days, depending on the destination.

  • Please note that this timeframe does not include potential customs processing delays, which may vary by country.

Kindly note:
Courier services may occasionally display estimated delivery dates slightly later than the actual arrival time as a precaution. In many cases, your order may arrive earlier than expected.

4. Delivery & Signature Requirement

To preserve the integrity and security of your couture piece:

  • A signature is required upon delivery.

  • If the delivery is missed, the courier will attempt redelivery and may contact you directly to arrange a suitable time.

5. Customs & Import Duties

As your order travels across borders, it may be subject to local regulations:

  • Upon arrival in the destination country, your shipment may incur customs duties, taxes, or additional processing fees.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by local customs authorities.

  • Aiyah Couture is not responsible for any customs-related fees.

  • If customs fees are paid upon delivery, they are non-refundable, even in the event of a return.
