Each gown is handmade to order. The tulle, embroidery and embellishment are all crafted by hand from scratch as we don't use ready-made fabrics.
Production takes 60–180 days depending on the level of handwork, then your gown ships by DHL Express and arrives in 2–7 days.
We confirm your exact delivery date within 24 hours of your order and send you progress updates while your gown is being made.

Custom Sizing & Personalization
Every gown can be made to your exact measurements at no extra cost. Tick Request Custom Sizing above and enter your bust, waist, hips, shoulder, sleeve length and shoulder-to-floor, in inches or centimeters.
Want a different color, sleeves, neckline or length? Tell us in the special instructions or on WhatsApp. We’ll send you a price and timeline for your changes before production begins. Nothing changes without your approval.
Custom sizing doesn’t add production time. Design changes may add 1–3 weeks, and we confirm this up front.

Couture Craftsmanship
Nothing in an Aiyah Couture gown is ready-made. Each tulle is cut to the design, and every crystal, pearl and bead is set by hand, one at a time, by artisans who work on a single gown for weeks.
The embroidery follows the original design, but no two hands stitch exactly alike. Your gown will be about 95% true to its design. The small differences come from the handwork, and they make the piece yours alone.
Returns & Important Information
Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our creations, custom-sized and made-on-request pieces are non-returnable.
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, with the original security seal fully intact.
