Shipping Your Aiyah Couture Order

Each Aiyah Couture creation is handled with the utmost care, from our atelier to your doorstep. We are committed to ensuring a secure and seamless delivery experience for our global clientele.

• Processing Time:

  1. Ready-to-Wear (Made-to-Measure):
    As these pieces are uniquely crafted to your measurements, please allow approximately 21 business days for production before shipment.

  2. Custom Haute Couture Gowns:
    The shipping timeline for custom gowns will be communicated personally during your design journey, following the meticulous 6+ month creation process.

  3. In-Stock Ready-to-Wear:
    Orders for in-stock ready-to-wear pieces are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

• Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  1. We partner with trusted, premium carriers FedEx, DHL, UPS to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your order.

  2. Domestic Shipping:
    Estimated delivery within 3 business days after shipment.

  3. International Shipping:
    Estimated delivery within 10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs procedures. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch."

• Shipping Costs:

  1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and selected shipping speed. All shipments are fully insured for their declared value.

• Customs, Duties, & Taxes (Crucial for International Clients):

  1. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be levied by the destination country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding these potential charges.

• Delivery & Signature Requirement:

  1. For the security of your valuable order, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive your package.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is paramount to Aiyah Couture. While we strive for perfection in every creation, we understand that unique circumstances may arise. Please review our policy carefully.

• Custom Haute Couture Gowns:

  1. Due to their bespoke nature and unique creation for an individual client, custom haute couture gowns are final sale and non-returnable. We ensure your complete satisfaction throughout the meticulous design, fitting, and creation process to deliver a truly perfect masterpiece.

• Luxury Ready-to-Wear Collections:

  1. Eligibility:
    We accept returns or exchanges for Luxury Ready-to-Wear pieces within 28 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  2. Initiating a Return:
    To initiate a return, please contact our atelier at returns@aiyahcouture.com within the eligible return window. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

  3. Return Shipping:
    Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Aiyah Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  4. Refunds:
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 30 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges:
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style (subject to availability), please indicate this when initiating your return. A new order will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.

• Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@aiyahcouture.com within 24 hours of delivery , providing clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a prompt resolution.
